the location was ideal, with the neighborhood's action just a short walk away. the staff gave us excellent service throughout our stay, arranging transportation and reservations. the breakfast was delicious and served quickly, accompanied by the beautiful rooftop patio views and comfortable furniture. Our room was beyond comfortable and felt like home, with a small balcony and comfortable furnishings.
There was some noise from outside music gatherings, but that's to be expected in a lively neighborhood.

We loved the clean and comfortable rooms, and the rooftop patio provided stunning views of the city. The hotel facilities were great, including the craft brew pub across the street. This city location was perfect, as it was close to Plaza de Trinidad and the historical center, but on a quiet street. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in a nice neighborhood of a popular Colombian city. The location was perfect, as it was in the old town and close to the action in the neighborhood. I loved being able to easily explore the nearby Old City and indulge in the great food and fun bars within walking distance. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially to non-Spanish speakers like myself. They went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcome and had everything I needed during my stay. The rooms were cozy and had a small balcony, which was a lovely touch. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, offering a range of options to choose from. this hotel provided great value for money and attention to detail, making my stay truly enjoyable.
All was fantastic during my stay.

Spent Easter weekend at a charming hotel in Cartagena. The rooms were cozy and the Colombian breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect, walking distance from all the major attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. Lastly, it was great to enjoy the small rooftop pool on warm afternoons.
The showers had poor water pressure and the pool was a bit small to fully enjoy. the street noise may disturb light sleepers.
